Catch-Up!

So much happens, so quickly and sometimes life gets in the way of good intentions. I have a backlog of photos to show you, and by now have probably forgotten and/or lost my little bits of paper with names on - so bear with me - all will be revealed in time - I hope! Please contact me if you made or sewed together any of the squares in these rugs, or if you made any of the completed rug or edged any of them, and I will put an acknowledgement up.

Val (left) and Vaida with a donated rug.
Next , a rug made by Virginia with some of the wool purchased with the 2009 - 2010 grant from North Epping Bendigo Bank - it is beautiful with the soft colours enlivened by the flowers embroidered around the edge. Well done, Virginia.

elow, a rug made by Mary, a new member of our group - Mary has been knitting all her life and has incorporated some intarsia into her rug:

Some detail of the intarsia - it looks good.
Antonia (left) and Val display a rug:

Joyce and Genevieve (right) with a rug knitted by Genenevieve:

Genevieve's rugs are always creative in her use of pattern and colour.
Genevieve has added some interesting detail to this rug, adapted from a man's scarf pattern

Kris (left) is the crocheter in our group. She completed this rug using wool bought with the 2009 - 2010 grant from North Epping Bendigo Bank. A few of us would have liked to have taken this one home!
